Non-Pressurized Epoxy Lining (CIPP)

NuDrain 4c How NuFlow Works

Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining is a method of trenchless rehabilitation and restoration used in the repair of existing pipes.  CIPP lining uses a textile liner tube and a liquid resin. The process begins with the wet-out stage. During this stage, the textile liner is impregnated with the resin mixture, an epoxy base with a pre-determined hardener. Our Non-Pressurized Epoxy Lining technology allows us to restore and Re-Nu aged, corroded piping systems to offer our customers a “like new” condition without removing any pipes.

The epoxy liner installed to the pipes interior will seal and protect the system from further deterioration, dramatically extending the life of the piping systems. This process can be used on a variety of piping materials, that includes clay, concrete, metal, iron steel, PVC and even fiberglass.

NuFlow’s Pull-in-Place patented, non-destructive technology allows you to carry on with your daily activities  preventing displacement, business closure and minimizing pipe system down time. This innovative, (CIPP Lining) cured-in-place pipe system creates a long-term, structural pipe inside the existing host pipe system without digging or destruction to buildings or landscape. The NuFlow structural lining technology works best for pipes that measure 3/4“ to 12” in diameter. Specialty applications are available for larger pipe systems.

Examples of Applicable Pipe Systems:

  • Mains, Horizontal Laterals, Vertical Stacks
  • Sanitary Systems
  • Storm/Roof Drains
  • Vent Systems
  • Processed/Industrial/Chemical Piping
  • Other Waste Systems
  • Residential & Commercial Properties
  • Industrial, Municipal & Federal Properties
  • Federal Properties

Pressurized (Epoxy Coating)

NuLine 4c How NuFlow Works

Restoring pressurized lines is the process of applying a layer of epoxy on the interior of the pressurized pipes with an epoxy coating. Using NuFlow’s technology allows you to restore aged, corroded piping systems and copper pipes that have pinhole leaks.

The epoxy coating works by being applied to the interior of the pipe; it will seal and protect the system from further deterioration, which in the end dramatically extends the system’s life. This application process can be used on a variety of pipe materials, which include galvanized steel, cast/black iron, copper and even lead.

NuFlow’s epoxy coating is patented and is like none other found on the market today. With this non-invasive procedure residents and workers are able to continue with their daily activities, preventing displacement, business closure and pipe system downtime.

The process is easy and not an inconvenience for our customers. We first drain the water out of the piping system and then run dry heated air through the pipes to ensure the removal of the moisture in the pipes. We then sand blast them clean removing all of the corrosion built up and create an anchor tooth for the epoxy to adhere to. Once the pipe is fully cleaned we then apply an epoxy coating system to the piping system with filter instrument quality air until the pipe is fully coated creating a barrier coating between the water and the pipe eliminating future corrosion.
